Using Kaeme
Kaeme, a product of Dalysie AS, is a private archive for keeping a child's memories. By using it you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and use Kaeme to record your own child, or a child for whom you are a parent or legal guardian.
Your account
Kaeme uses your DailyDone account. Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your content is yours
You own the photos, words, and memories you add. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the service for you — to store your content, show it back to you, generate your timeline and yearbook, and process it with the automatic helpers described in our privacy policy. We claim no ownership and will never sell your content or use it to train models.
Acceptable use
- Use Kaeme only for lawful, personal, family purposes.
- Don't upload content you have no right to keep, or that is unlawful.
- Don't attempt to breach security, abuse the service, or disrupt others.
Paid features
Some features may be offered as a paid plan or a one-off purchase (for example, printing a physical yearbook). Prices, and any applicable terms, are shown before you buy. Purchases are handled by our payment providers.
Availability & changes
We work to keep Kaeme reliable but provide it “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may update, improve, or change features over time, and will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dalysie AS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law. Keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable; while we take care to protect your archive, no service can guarantee against all loss.
Ending
You can stop using Kaeme and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
